If you're looking for a high paying company join Crete Carrier. Great equipment, high pay. I've read some post about this company...they treat you like a number, the dispatchers don't care, the terminal mangers don't care about you. Not true at all. They have a lot of drivers to deal with. Those people have a million things to deal with also. Bottom line is this its there job to keep is moving. It's our job to move freight in a safe manner. I hear so many drivers from other company tell me about how dispatch is always calling...don't have that problem here. I've been with Cretecarrier over four years; my farther twenty and my brother is also a driver here. This company is the safest out here. We, do it the DOT way...by law not Cretecarrier's way. You, have your 10% everywhere...those people are lazy...

I wanted to work for Crete but they require you to be 22. I was wanting to do the Shaffer side for reefer.

I just don't wanna get hazmat endorsement either.

If you don't want to get hazmat then go to the hunt side and pull flatbeds.

Yeah , the safest company out there pushed a driver to this . http://www.ntsb.gov/doclib/reports/2008/HAB0805.pdf
Then when investigated they were fined for not following required drug testing procedures . Sure , they're running safely now with the FMCSA keeping a close eye on them but they are still owned by the same people that killed these kids because they had no regard for public safety . I'd never work for greedy scum like that .

5-6 weeks out...don't know what you're Talking about. Even before that accident Crete still had a high safety standard. Know your facts first before opening your mouth. Yes, it happen and its sad. More to the story then any of us know. Yes, yes we need a hazmat to drive with Crete. And yes I'm a driver recruiter. And, if you see me on the road my trk # is 35308. And I will be more happy to talk about the things you don't know..

Do they hire people with old felon.ire, like 15-20 years old... Non drug, sex, violence or driving related... That is the real question....
