Try to make sure you are not in the area of crashing aircraft.

I'm driving a KW T660 and I would not want to share this little space with anybody. Too small inside. The Volvo I had was huge inside compared to this. On the other hand I love everything else much better on the KW than the Volvo.

Make sure you have the permit to use that route. If not in your permit book I believe you can stop at the scale and purchase it for about $43 bucks. Otherwise, send a message to permits with a fax number where you can receive it.

I had the same problem, Mac 30 says 40000, got loaded and it was only 4100 pounds. I thought my suspension gauge was blown.

Bobtailing home from Dallas. Took 20W to 84 up through Ft Sumner and visited Billy the Kid. Oh and gotta stay on top of these elogs, forgot to set it to Off Duty Driving and got dinged for 2 hours Driving which is OK, I'm taking a week off anyways.

I have a T660 studio sleeper and am spoiled ROTTEN now. Especially after coming out of an extended frame flatbed Cascadia. Now THAT's a small truck.

Stuck in Greenwood, LA on a forced 34 hr restart...have 27 minutes left on my 70 with nothing coming back. Argh.

Richmond, IN. Was heading down the road today and decided to look at my QC, and there, 5 msgs. Well, it was getting time to pull over for the night, so looked, and lo and behold, a msg asking if I can get to the receiver tonight at 1830. Asked to please confirm. Right after that one, before I had a chance to confirm, they already re-scheduled the del. Now what would have happened if I could not have made it. Svc Fail sound familiar. Luckily it was 1800 and I was only 10 miles away. They were looking at the GPS and seeing where I was when they where talking to the receiver and told them that I would be there. Now just wondering, did I get the mt call in time for this payroll. In a way, hope not since I stopped for fuel. MT call at 1730MST, and if remember, has to be in before 1700. Was doing some MAC 30's today, and talk about crap loads, all going East Coast for Friday, and 2 of them, JIT that pu late tomorrow evening and with plus one, del early friday morning. there was a nice one for Denver, but no chains.

    scottied67 Thanks this.

Thanks, and yes I am. Darn, wish that I would have know earlier. Then could have bypassed more fuel. Oh well. Also I was looking at using this 800 mils to give me a good start for next week.

I hear ya... I'm glad I budgeted fuel the way I did this week. I didn't plan on taking a restart here, but thankfully my fuel worked out so I got that last 901 miles in. Mama's got a nice paycheck brewing this week. 3255 miles on flatbed division!
