I use it. It's really convenient. You have to get used to it as the lighting has to be perfect. Before you send it will optimize the page and as long as you can see it on your phone it will be legible on the other end. Great tool and a real time saver.

 

I downloaded the transflo app, it is new on android. Has been out for a while for I-phone. I don't know if heartland has it set up yet though. I planned to ask and never did.

For the gentleman asking about starting. I am sorry I did not get back to you, I was not on for about a week. Sorry about that.
And for Mr. Giants. I am sorry that you had a bad time with Heartland. I would say most of that is due to the terminal you ran out of. But I could be wrong.
Yes, every now and then I get a 500 mile load with a full day on it. I never get one with 2 days. At least not in a long time.
They do not dispatch for more than 550 in a shift. That is true. But that does not equal 2 days. The only time I have ever had WAY too much time on a load that I could not get out of was in the Northeast. And I just do not go into carlisles region much anymore. And I hear they are getting that better now.
I just do not want to find out. lol
But having been here a few months you at least got a little of an idea how heartland runs. I do not think you ever had a chance to really learn the system and how to make it work. 4 months is not enough for that. And it is not enough time for dispatch to fully trust you on it.
That is just my opinion. I could be wrong.

You started out with some positive on here, and over time have become more and more negative. Which leads me to believe that you are seeing some of your own faults leading to the issues that you had. No company is perfect. And no driver is perfect either. Just how it is. Everyone has a place they fit. Maybe they will find it, maybe not.

 

Thanks for the update I going at this with an open mind, and realize I have to prove my worth as a new hire.

Yea after you photograph it will take a few seconds to optimize the photo. It then gives you the option to discard it and try again or save it. Then after all your pages are photographed, you can send them. Then it will it will send you a confirmation via email.

 

Who do I need to talk to at the office to get the company code? So I can set up and start using it. I tried the letter code on the cover sheet, but it was not correct.
