    I didn't go thru swift school. I can tell you the time with the mentor is quit the experience. I had a cool mentor, we got along great. But being stuck in the truck with someone 24 hours a day. For 8 weeks is bound to create some tension.

    What is an average week for you how many miles and where do you run to? what is the average lenght of your runs? these things would realy help if you could answere I will be out of Ocala and would like some ideas
