My get up 'n go seems to keep going farther and farther away

 

Laredo TX. I delivered here around 1am (no traffic, yay!) Was on the way to the truck stop to call it a night when "Ding! Load Assignment"
*grumble grumble* so I turned back around and went to the terminal to go pick it up, then headed to the truck stop to call it a night.

 

Getting ready to head to Lorraine. I'm guessing that Transam Pete and I will come close to meeting again, as he's going to be on the West Side of Emporia, and I on the East side of Emporia. Sadly I'll be there around 11:30 am, and according to TA Pete he will not be there until 2 pm. Now if there's a long line at Bunge, It'll take at least 1 hr for me to get unloaded. Most likely I'll pass back through Emporia with a load of rock. Since I load grossing >80k I must drive through Emporia, that being on 6th Ave which goes right by Tyson (old IBP), 6th Ave & Prairie. Don't know exactly what time, but would be around 12:30-1pm or later, depending on how long the line is at Bunge. Hopefully we get to meet.

I have the CB on most all the time, and run either 19 or 27, I'll give a shout as I'm going through to see if ya' made it there yet.

 

Hmm KS popular place 2day--service plaza KS pike--w/DD--and still no motivation! LOL

 

On my way home in the pickup stopped at Cracker Head Barrel in Wilkes Barre, PA for lunch...

lol...i keep telling hubby that my "get up n go", "got up and left without me"....

 

so i missed eaton by 15 minutes AGAIN
maybe i will have better luck in fla on monday and tuesday
with the flipper flopper

 

they dont haul dirt on thursdays at noon???????

ohhhhh i forget people use smart phones now just not dumb people like me
