Sygma hard work good money and a camera in your cab

Well I can speak about Sygma. Worked there a few years back. I ran out of the Harrisburg terminal which did train drivers to get their CDL and was NOT union. To start you would make about 55k but then again that was Harrisburg which at the time was the second highest paying Sygma location second only to one in Texas. The work isn't as killer as most would say. Only the ones who expect to sit in a seat and hold a steering wheel complain about how tough it is. You will get alot of exercise but you will earn alot of money. Most new guys go straight to the "extra board" to cover for other drivers but I was lucky enough to be handed a route right away. Sygma is a good company to start out with if you are not afraid of working hard for money that you likely won't make anywhere else as a rook. Well, other than some different foodservice companies like MBM and such. I would recommend Sygma as a starter before any of the OTR driver mills. Good luck.
double_r and Tonythetruckerdude Thank this. -
Dgman. I'm new and I'm gonna go through the cdl training. What is the biggest problem out of the Harrisburg terminal? I've been reading people's comments from other terminals and has me really worried. Any input would be helpful. Thanks
