I just want to say 'thank you' to all our veterans who work over at Poly. I know Memorial Day is a day we're suppose to remember our fallen heros, but I'll also remember those that served and put it on the line when our great nation called. :biggrin_25514::thumbup:

Hey JD, I read that your neck of the woods has gotten a hurricane's worth of rain in the last day or so...hope everyone is ok down there.

Don't forget to listen to C. W. McCall's song as you're "Truck in on down the other side." Should be a nice CE ride this time of year. Only been over it once with Interstate hauling Office Depot from Denver...14' high and 57' long...made for an interesting trip westbound over Loveland Pass!

Thanks, I'll leave to go down there in a few hours after some shut-eye. Saw news of several drownings. ( never claimed all San Antonians were smart) Some people just don't get the concept of " turnaround, don't drown".

Nice when everything works as planned. Slept in late but still rolled into Tolleson, AZ about 6 hours ahead of my scheduled appointment time but got in and out within two hours. Headed on down to Casa Grande, AZ and fired up the grill for some blackened tilapia. Beautiful night here in southern Arizona. Picked up a few pieces of dead juniper earlier in the day to throw on the fire tonight.

jd....congrats to your Spurs (from this die-hard Laker fan)! SA has always been a class group, and I'm hoping they will win it all...especially if they play the Heat!

Wow,a Lakers fan wishing the Spurs well. That's something that don't happen often. So... Thanks!

For all those who said, " The Spurs are too old." I have just one statement...... Western Conference Champs!

    48Packard Thanks this.

Born and raised in LA, but I like and appreciate the class organizations. SA is one of those. Hard to find better quality individuals then Duncan and the rest. And this may be their last shot at it, so I'm really rooting for them.

Things working out about as well as could be asked for. Rolled into the Gatorade facility about 5 hours ahead of schedule and was able to get unloaded in less than 30 minutes with just enough time to get back over to the yard. Got my outbound load heading home which delivers in Statesville, NC at 0630 on Friday so going to have to hit the night time schedule for a couple of days as I don't have the hours to make it over two days.

And for the sorry son of a ##### who stole my BBQ grill last night I hope you choke on a fish bone. Why anyone would want to steal an old, beat up, rusty 9.99 wal-mart grill is beyond me.

Because if it isn't screwed, glued, or bolted down, someone will help themselves to it. Not a big expense....but just a slap in the face from someone probably within our own industry.
