Doesn't need to make sense to anybody but him.
I've got many years in manufacturing engineering but don't want to hassle with all the GM politics anymore. So I choose to drive truck because I enjoy it. Makes no sense to anyone but me. But I don't care.

If you ask ezmed apparently his math degree 20 years ago and business degree 4 years ago makes him smarter than everyone else. Truckers are the biggest BSers on earth so who knows what the validity is of his claims are anyway.

If you say so..... You obviously know more than anyone........ USA going down the tubes with line ratios improving Q to Q.. Screaming the sky is falling on every mention.

i left a PAACAR job making nearly six figures to do this. This is something I want to do. Calling an engineer in Seattle to help solve my production team questions on Kenworth/Perterbilt brake systems and receiving much the same nonsense you spill from your backside was not what I needed to hear. Because he was feeding his face or screwing his girlfriend made my production team's job nearly impossible. Like you and the engineers, if you knew anything of reality you would back up and try removing your head from the dark side.

I took building brake systems for heavy trucks seriously as do I with driving one. Just because your immaturity and inability to read financial reports is absolute, try making improvements..... try accepting USA is adjusting and improving operations and financial statistics .I would estimate your age to that of adulthood, somewhere. Try acting like one. Quit crying about some boogie man wrong doing and the injustice distributed by one or two. Be something bigger than a crying child.

We have heard all about USA failure. We just don't see it. It is not there.

ratios I see. Its like all the sophisticated stats in baseball. But a pitcher never went to hof for having a high WHIP ratio. What matters in baseball is the numbers that people like to see. Cash shrinking and debt increasing earnings shrinking thats what people care about. Im glad you found a happy place though.

Here is what I see and most everyone else...... They are just too polite to express it.

For 6+ months you have said USAK is being traded. Complete nonsense. Traders work in vehicles having volume of at least 500,000 shares a day and preferably much more. USAK has a daily average just above 20,000. It is for trading suckers.

For the same amount of time you said USAK was losing ineterest. WHAT??????? Losing public interest but being traded???????? Overwhelming evidence is widespread insider buying is going on with USAK. Public and private institutional buying is ongoing. Over 80% of USAK is institutional owned. Are you saying professional business investors have no idea in what they are doing? LOL You are too much.

For 6+ months you have said USA is going bankrupt..... down the tubes....... being sold. Etc. Etc. Etc. Reports submitted to the SEC state otherwise. Line ratios.... nearly every one...... have improved, quarter after quarter. You say these statistics are meaningless. BS. I have taken finance classes 300 level to 500 level and these are critical analysis tools in determining the health of ANY business. Institutional investors, banks, management, accountants and ALL financiers use them each and every day.

I myself have seen an increased presence of USA on certain roads, especially I75 and I81. Yesterday. USA had a demanding presence on I81..... more than any carrier. Open your eyes. You may just see something going on.

Drivers are telling me their miles are on the increase. Not steady. But can be seen to improve overall. The number of tractors increasing quarter to quarter. If I need something repaired, I mean genuinely repaired........ USA is Johnny on the spot. I was in a ConAgra plant a couple weeks ago and USA drivers each hit their dock the first time!!!!!! Including me. I was proud. We looked like we knew something. There were six backing in together in about 30 minutes time. No one else was even close to those numbers. Something is going on.

Instead of making an arse out of yourself. Plug away at the manager who shorted you and made you angry. USA itself is on the rise and you cannot stop it. But you can continue looking silly pointing at a clearing sky.

Me driving????? I have a motorsickle...... Harley Davidson CVO model. I drive a g35 with an IPL engine that is supercharged and cooled. I have an A Modified Camaro set up for the 1/8th mile. I love to see the pavement pass by. What's the matter...... you don't know how to drive a big truck?????????

ezmed I have been on this forum since 2007 when I hired on at Usa and trust me they were on here predicting doom and gloom then too. What I don't get is the ones who continue to work for them when all they do is bash em.I know some on here have gone to other companies which is great. But if you work for a company and you spend a lot of time bashing them or wanting them to fail seems that person would do better elsewhere where they can just praise their company lol.Usa is like any other company or job it has its plus and minuses .Me personally I don't worry about things I have no control over,i just do my job and do it to perfection every load.I like your attitude your a good asset to the company

I'm going through Driver Solutions right now, but I believe that they are working closely with Pam Transport. Either way, from what I just read. Recently back on March 31st they had a huge gain from the start of the year in 2012 with another 22-28% increase with drivers staying with the company etc. Also they have new CEO or some thing as well as of feb 2012 I think. From the blog I read, they're also doing better with maintenance and taking better care for their equipment. In short, they have a better budget plan and more freight then they did and them not being a SUPPER Mega Carrier that means more miles for their current and new drivers allowing them to keep their experienced drivers and keep a stable profit going while looking to expand in the near future.

    P.S.

By the way, who ever mentioned penny stocks.......... Penny stocks is one of the best ways you can make money in the stock market. Its one of the many ways you can loose thousands too. You could make an increase 1,800% a month if you throw down on the right company. I my self will be buying tons of shares at 6$ a pop because I see a bright future for this company and I wanna be apart of and take advantage of some of that opportunity. At 6$ a per share you could buy 17 shares for 102$.....

Throw down $1,224 and you can have 204 Shares. 204 shares with a 200% gain.... You do the rest of the math. Hell, you might as well throw down 10grand and wait it out. Any profit is profit.

So losing twice what was expected every quarter in 2012 is improvement? So far this year they have just returned to 2011 form so we shall see.

Good luck with Drivers Solutions. Get your CDL and then start over. CDL school is only for the license. Learning to drive a truck comes next. I did C1 in Indy.
