Yup I just hang on for the ride--how you think she got me home all those years--when I was young and --well u know the rest--LMAO
As for tolls--that is a long standing pet peeve of mine--it's triple taxation and it pisses me off! and although nowadays I am driving someone else's truck--I still treat it like my own and run it like it--my Boss on the other hand has no restrictions/routings/etc....it is all up to us--I just choos to avoid every tollroad possible

    Logan76 Thanks this.

I wish I had EVER felt that way about a Boss. Only reason I avoided most tolls is because the ****** at PAM would have taken it out of my pay!

Now I avoid 'em because I don't make enough money to pay 'em!

wow you are a nice guy ol'hand!

my boss wouldnt say a word about the tolls, matter of fact there's drivers over here that do run all the tolls, but I try hard not to...

I usually run 80, 294, 55, to where I go near chicago, its right off of 55...

I run the ohio pike, and indy pike unless im coming from down near mansfield I'll run 30...

I try to avoid the NY and PA toll's as much as possible...

I just got done trimming the whole yard and cleaning up the yard a bit, man my weed whacker runs alot better on this non-ethanol fuel, 50:1 mix...it's like a whole new machine!

On that note, I've got a fire going in the back yard with a couple of chairs calling me and my wifes names...see yall.

I was there about noon for fuel.

Tolls are an evil fascist government plot to triple-tax us, or enable greedy corporations to buy our public roads and charge us to use what we already own. I refuse to participate. Except for getting around traffic in Chicago, the stretch of the NJT from Elizabeth to the GWB, I95 in NH and Maine... oh yeah, stretches of I70 in KS and I44 in OK. And certain bridges since my truck isn't equipped with pontoons. Down with the toll mongers!

Hazleton PA. Apparently for awhile since (according to the weekend third-string, wannabe, lying SOB dispatcher) there ain't no freight anywhere in the NE, except for the sad excuse of a ripoff load he tried to pass off on me tonight. Thank-you, a date with my laundry and a washing machine sounds more inviting!

    So there!
