from the looks of it a paint job on the hood. Not sure how much that runs. Plus any lost wages while your truck is in the shop.

That would be the fair and right thing to do. If they don't Im sure a judge will see it his way. If they have to go to court USA will also be on the hook for his attorney fees. Don't think he will go sue crazy over this but whats fair is fair.

Of course they will, that is standard operating procedure in the insurance industry. For long repairs, they want you to get a rental, but for an RGN hauler, that isn't usually possible.

Even with passenger vehicles, If you are vehicle 2 in your car and miss work due to the crash, vehicle 1's insurance will pay you lost wages.

My insurance claims gal will be calling them today.
They knew about it Saturday, as USA called thewrecker truck etc.
Safety do not assign loads etc, so they had time Monday to call. I would be 99.9% sure safety knew about it on Saturday too, can't see how they couldn't know really.
I an in way putting them on trial here, that is way off. It's a forum, people post, it's life today.
Depending on USA's actions, it will end up in court or settled nice and friendly.
The hood is cracked on both inside and outside, new bumper, alignment wheel balance. That, and whatever else western star find wrong, is the damage to the truck so far. I won't be bending then over, not my style. All I want is a truck that is the same as it was before their drunk idiot hit it, meaning brand new without a scratch.

It was brand new in June, of this year when I bought it. Currently has 33,000 miles on it. Can't get much newer.
As far as how I keep my trucks, my last one I also got new, had 884,000 miles on it, and never had a scratch on it. Faded paint yes, but not a scratch.
