They are self insured, so no go there.
I emailed the CEO last night, for grins. I was amazed when Mr Simone replied today! He forwarded my email to their head counsel, and he also sent me an email!
After a bit of back and forth with the dealer, they are at $2901 for the repairs. Now it's a down time discussion.
Credit where it's due, I was VERY impressed with the head counsel and the CEO replying to my email personally.
Will keep everyone posted.

Well that's good to hear that they did at least respond from the top. As for the being self insured, your insurance company won't care however the possible hike in your rate for a claim might be enough to keep you from filing a claim.
Hope all woks out for you. There's a new Star-Car parked here next to me in the yard with a 180" bunk on it and a shiny new Road-Train moose bumper on it, other than hideous graphics (way too busy/cluttered) it looks really good. -
There will be a herd defender going on here this year. I am paranoid now for some reason.....
They offered me about a third of my daily earnings yesterday, so I emailed one if the head guys again asking why I should be out of pocket due to their truck hitting me.
Fingers crossed.
MartinSleepy68 and The Challenger Thank this. -

Yes, under $5k total. Cheap for a drunk driver episode I would guess.
I don't try to get what isn't mine, so lost wages and truck repairs is all I ask for.
