Only a lack of training to that individual. We are not all bad drivers.6 years here ,no points,no DOT violations,no accidents.I was trained here too

Well this ad does fall in line with what I was told months ago would happen when we go things turned around but I had the I'll believe it when I see it attitude. So it might be a good sign. And the middle section on that web page also holds to what I was told about us getting away from being a training company.

I'm not saying every USA Truck driver is bad. But this is really something that's very telling. A properly trained driver would not have done that. Everyone makes mistakes. It happens. But that was one extreme fail after another

Where in the world did you get 33cpm from? A driver in his 2nd year driving makes that here. We have a number of million mile drivers and trainers here. Some with 20+ years in the company.

I agree, this could have been a swift, prime, or any other starter company.

There may actually be some credibility to the claims in this advertisement. I'm not sure if its the upgraded driver pay or the performance bonuses but my paychecks have been substantially more over the last month and a half for the same number of miles I typically always run. I haven't asked anyone in the company and haven't really had a chance to look at any paystubs yet but i'm seeing upwards of a $200 per week increase at times. Anyone else notice anything odd about their paychecks?

Really? Then guess I'm guilty, cause, I would have filmed it as well. I would have offered to help, and when the driver refuses said offer, and then proceed to do this idiotic move, you can bet you ### its getting posted for all to see!
