    My biggest teaming was communication. I slept and still sleep like a baby in a moving truck but wake up everytime it stops. Take my advice and communicate a lot. This can lead to avoiding arguments and fights. I would suggest the following companies:

    US Xpress
    Conway truck load
    Prime Inc

    Anyone else who knows a good team company please make suggestions.

    Watkins and Shepard is great for solos. Lots of LTL loads. I would think a company like Pride would be great for those living out west.

    To the op;

    Were do you live Mr. and Mrs. WD40????

    I'm not sure about it being worth it, Only you can decide. You just have to try it and see what happens, kinda' like marrying your girlfriend, right ? You decide to do it, you do it, and then it either works out or it doesn't.

    Add Schneider to the list. Also, I would Abiliene Motor Express. So my top choices being where you are:

    Prime Inc.
    Abilene Motor Express
    US Xpress
    Schneider

    Also, check the LTL companies for team jobs.

    You could take a walk during your 30 minute lunch break.
    22 hours to drive. 15 minutes for each driver to do a pre/post-trip. Teams can do that at the same time. 22.5 hours now. The rest is like lunch breaks, bathroom breaks, showers, etc.

    When your a team....your company will run you hard. That truck will be running whether your tired or not. They want the truck to be as profitable as it can be.

    Running non-stop can get exhausting but this is where communicating with your boss comes in. He can push out a pick up or delivery by a few hours or even a day. Gives you time to relax, do laundry, grocery shop, etc.
