My dads friends works for them. Not sure what they start off at but I know they pay really really good!

Starting pay is low while you become full time. Then it's still low compared to other LTL companies but it will top out at $25/hour. At least that's what I heard here in Florida.

Starting pay for most LTL carriers will depend on your location. We have five different regions we service... each of them has their own pay scale. What I make in Pocatello, Idaho is less than what our company drivers make 120 miles south in Salt Lake City. You need to be more specific what area you are applying in.
@Ann Eiffel. Keep your pro/anti union rants to yourself or to the appropriate folders. As for your racial comments, they have no place in any part of this forum. Your posts have been reported.Shaggy, Boy Howdey and blairandgretchen Thank this. -
First year is 90 percent of top rate. Which right now is 20.43. Top rate is 22.72 and goes to 23.xx in July.

I believe so but the different regions have different pay structures like straight time on weekends etc where the northeast it's 1.5 Saturday and double Sunday.
I could be wrong but I know some guys from Texas and Oregon and we all had same pay -
