Can Barney ask for Toll and Fuel Receipts at a roadside?

My dad would take a fuel can and go fill it and his Jetta TDI in Mexico when he went there since diesel is cheaper. Stopped when the Mexican military started busting Americans in diesel pickups with bed mounted tanks buying fuel and bringing it home. Mexico considers that to be illegal fuel exportation. You get a ticket and the fuel is confiscated.

 

You have to have the gallons on a receit for IFTA purposes and most credit card statements only provide the amount of purchase.

 

I can log onto to my efs card website and download gallons for each fuel purchase, gallons by the month etc. they have come aways with this online stuff

 

Are you allowed to video tape the bear after you are pulled over? Can i turn my Camera to video tape him, or if he says turned off - can you still keep it on? Is there a law preventing you filming the bears?

Never paid no dang toll, and no pass either. Just get up on someone's but and fly through. No receipt no problem. LOL

You want fuel tickets? Better get a warrant and get them from Petro / Flying J or call my company and real nice. You aren't getting them from me I don't keep them.
