lol fun day so far. 5am appt, receiver slept in and didn't show up until 545. Thankfully they got the stuff out by 7. Go to pick up my load at 730, still sitting here. Had to wait for them to figure out what my load was, then they have you back in off the street (they have plenty of flag men to control traffic, angle back around the wall/fence, straighten out then angle back the other way around concrete blocks, straight back 200 ft to the dock. Go back around to the scale, of course they didn't even come close to loading me properly, rinse/repeat backing back in off the street to the dock. Now hopefully they can get me out of here in the next hour.

Was it Golds, on the Southwest side of Dallas? That was one of the worst yards I have ever been to. 2 hours just to drop the trailer I had.
Had a massive 9 hour hunt for empties in Georgia yesterday, which will make me late for my appointment tomorrow. Every single Trailer they attached me to, somebody stole. the second place I went to had 2 damaged trailers, one was leaking water and the second, the Jackwagon who dropped it had a blown tire(Completely off the rim) and never called it in. Not one Driver afterward called either one of those trailers in to at let Schneider know that they needed service. Finally with an hour left on my clock I found one. At the West Memphis OC now. Have to be in Springfield, Mo. I hope I can do it in 7 hours, because that is all I have left on my 70 :(

Yep, that yard is a total clusterfock. Took 5 hrs to get live loaded. By the way, you'll easily make it to Springfield in less than 7 hrs. I'd say 6 hrs tops. Just make sure to take us63 straight there. Jill has it listed as a restricted route because of weight restricted bridges. At 16-17 tons deadheading you'll be more than ok going that way.

I'm 78,000. got a load of paper rolls. I was going to take I40 over to us65 near little rock and go north. The route Jill has looks like a lightning bolt. Thatll put me over 330 miles, but I'll be able to do half of it at 65.
