Nice....name-calling. Pecker. Wow....your cleverness astounds me. I'm in absolute awe. I mean...I'm so impressed.

Sorry (you have the name Christ in your name? OK....), but I've seen enough of these crummy Chicago-based outfits to warrant my opinion. Sorry if it ruffles your feathers CrapDiver.

Oh, and if you search the forums enough, you'll quickly find out who I drive for. But I'll save you the time....Crete is the company I drive for.

And your point is well taken as to a few drivers ruining it for the company in terms of stats. No argument. But I stand by my opinion of the majority of Chicago area companies. They're crap.

Ahh yes. Another Chicago 1099 carrier, running hot I bet. All Volvo fleet too, lol. It's only a matter of time till the DOT catches up.

@ Joseph... You got nothing Constructive to say than Take a Hike. Truly Love your Signature Picture which Defines your Maturity.

@ Packer... Dooley noted & since your Tone has mellowed I took the initiative to spell your name correctly. I'm in agreement with you that 80% of Chicago Interstate Carriers are Scum. I'm an Expert at this Statistic working for 20+ Companies in 16 years. I Add to the List Several Companies in Washington State also:
    -Express Transport (Kent)
    -Quality Custom Distribution (Kent)
(Sister Company to Golden State Foods)

Please don't Bash my Lovely City aside from these Scum outfits as I have Great Love for Chicago being a Native. Let Me Emphasize this to you ...

As a Christian who Actively practices not in Words but in Actions
I'm here to Help Drivers (Not Forum Rambo's) with a Legitimate Job Offer. Unlike most of you who proclaim Brotherhood & actually takes a Referral Bonus in your Own selfish Pockets, I on the Contrary goes a Step further by helping those Worthy of My Help. Bull Chitters need not Apply or Respond as unproductive as it may seem to you which is your primary purpose for being here.

    Thanks

I'm actually looking for work right now but with a respected national carrier. Even though it would be easier to get hired on with any one of the Chicago fly by night outfits I am not interested. First off I need to be paid like an employee on W-2. If I wanted to be 1099ed I'd buy my own truck, which I have have no interest in doing right now. Yes I agree the drivers pay a huge part in a company's CSA score BUT the company contributes just as much. Especially in the area of vehicle maintenance and hours of service compliance. If they don't keep up with the upkeep of equipment no amount of PTIs the driver does will help anything. In regards to HOS compliance these companies are known to push drivers to run hard, very hard. They often book team freight for solo drivers. Many of these guys are recent immigrants so they are fearful of losing their job so they run 1,000 miles a day.

I'm surprised you took such offense to me stating the obvious when you yourself were burned by this fine outfit from Alsip:

This is an open forum. One where we all participate and voice our opinions. Whether you agree with them or not, we will all continue to voice them. There's a good reason why these companies in Chicagoland have a bad rap. They've earned it.
