For the first time in almost a decade, I get to work out of the area where I live. Yay!
I'll have less commuting costs and make more money. Yay!
But I'm back on nights. Boo!
Oh well, two out of three and all that. -

My rant today is the Other Rant thread being Locked up!
ACH1130 and road_runner Thank this. -
My rant for this week is being held up when the pipe that connects one side of the landing gear mechanism to the other snaps and you lose an hour and a half waiting on the repair!

So in case you didn't notice... the TTR regime has evicted us from our hangout. Guess we got too noisy and out of control. jellopudding or whatever the hell his name is took the liberty to open up our own hangout on a different side of this forum..... gents.. time for us to branch out.... grabs your socks and your ***** and follow this link http://www.thetruckersreport.com/truckingindustryforum/social-talk/247699-ltl-hangout-2.html
That is all.... Shaggy... Tell the driver of your shortbus to change his route to drop you off at our new home. Once you get your face shield off of your helmet, you should be able to lick the new windows just fine at our new home.
XOXO

Now for my rant... Just got done doing a 350 mile round trip turn. Holy crap... I just experienced all four seasons of weather each way. Not even joking. It was 52 when I left. Fifty miles in the temperature dropped and dry turned into rain... Then hail, then snow... Then an all out blizzard mixed with ice. Then it calmed down again... And I dealt with 50
mph wind. Luckily I was heavy on both trailers. Driving through so many different weather patterns really will have a profound impact on your psyche.
Which reminds me .. Neither rain, hail, sleet nor snow... Nor locust falling out of the sky will stop us from delivering your junk mail!Big Don Thanks this.
