its hub miles, all miles untill u return to plant as long as its not over 10 percent out of route. ex) 2000k trip/ no more than 200 out of route

Waiting for physical and drug test. As long as those go well I'll be offered a job.

My only concern is the low average miles. I'm use to turning 2700 miles or better. 2400 seems pretty light on miles. Any input on this? Can we get more miles?

    Mev Thanks this.

ive learned it depends on the loads u choose and where they lead u,and also how much u go home of course, and not just time off but i lose some miles when they put somthin together for me to go home but take what i can get when it comes to that. i was avg 2500wk and that was with a wk off a month for awhile, i just stayed out a month and was well over 3k wk, another factor would b if u deliver back in tx and take another load out that same day or wait till the next day, also if u wait on your trk if in shop or hop in a loaner and go, as u can see there are many factors but i dont think miles are a problem here.

u also have to factor in stop pay which makes a difference and is not like other companys stop pay, i will give u example of a trip

    2 stop outbound nc trip
stop 1 south carolina no pay
stop 2 north carolina no pay
stop 3 backhaul pickup north carolina 30$
stop 4 backhaul delivery houston tx 30$
stop 5 backhaul pickup houston 30$
stop 6 backhaul delivery in dallas 30$
    then deadhead to poly

as u can see the stop pay would add up if u went up to the midwest then out west then back down to tx, when drivers think stop pay they think stops on an out bound load untill u are empty but at poly it is every delivery an pick up after 2 untill u get back an turn paperwork in

That is one of the many advantages of how Poly does things. Most trucking companies pick up and drop off as often as we do, so unless they have a multi-stop load, they get a new trip number for the next pickup once empty, and don't get paid for all the extra stops
