I think I had 5 one week and a few weeks where I had 3 but if they told you I averaged 5-6 they were exaggerating. The most I ever had on my check that I was collecting the 4 cent a mile bonus on at one time was 13 so I was getting an extra 52 cents a mile above my normal mileage pay. There was several drivers that recruited a lot more than I did. Back around the time I started there there was a guy that was recruiting on Craigslist telling guys who called that they could average 3000 miles a week and be home every weekend and he was getting as many as 10 drivers in orientation a week and at one time had 35 drivers he was collecting the extra 4 cents a mile on. They ended up firing him though.

Don't the drivers still have to call a recruiter? I'm sue the recruiter told them that wasn't true and if they still took the job then that's on the driver not the Craigslist ad right? Or do y'all get the extra .03 a mile just for someone calling the recruiter?

Basically because of him you now need to talk to a recruiter. Back when he was doing the tall story telling he would take their info and have them fill out an app and everything would go through him and the driver would never talk to a recruiter til they got to orientation. A lot of drivers would be ticked off but I think most still signed the lease then quit pretty quick.

I just need to tell you to go back and have another drug test. If you are paying $100,000 with a $10,000 buy-out in a 2010 KW T660 it better be dressed out big time and have all the extras. I am familiar with what ACT leases. That is pure insanity to wrapped up in a "fleece purchase." Also...why are you not getting %100 of the fuel surcharge. According to the post above you only get %46!! I wonder how they calculate the road use tax LOL! That really ought to be a real good read LOL.

A fleece purchase is just what it is.

Nevermind... I'll be nice. ;) This was about 2-3 years ago...

$110k for a year old truck is too much? You do know everyone needs to make money, right? Sure you can go out and buy a brand new one for about $120k... so why don't ya?

Well i just dont get why people think gettg a bank loan is a better route.
Miss a loan payment and see what the bank does after you blow a turbo or whatever. You could lose your home , car, you owe the bank period they want there money.

Your driving down the Highway its snow and ice you get in an accident total the truck and the accidents your fault MOGLAR. You got some explaining to do with your bank they want there payments. However if your leasing you walk away. Ya your gonna pay more for the truck thats a no brainer . I dont like it ill walk away. Try that with a bank.

Six yrs ago i said samething as you. I sat back watched my brother prove me wrong. He gets home every night weekends off. Takes home 2200.00 + every week. He went thru a lease. Drove that old lease trk for 1.8 million ,and saved up enough to put on another truck.

Ya your gonna pay out the #### for a lease ,but the rewards are worth it. And if not WALK AWAY go find another DRUG TEST

Currently there is no rule, law or regulation mandating the pass-through of Fuel Surcharge. This quote comes from OOIDA website. So everybody interpetation of FSC is up for debate and so is the amount of FSC.

The Govt uses the fuel baseline of 2.50 a gal . So who taken advantage of who here . The GOVT OF COURSE go figure.
