    Im not trying to start argument.. I was confuse on the bickering. I know from the past when you lock a thread. All the good info gets lost. Don't believe me go back and look at the lock threads. They were the most informative threads. just my .02

    As I posted last night , I'm currently working on a subject for BOOKING YOUR FIRST LOAD .. it's taking me a bit as I'm having to screen shot some ICONS and convert to JPEG ..
    but when I'm finally done it will give the basics of the board and how to navigate it

    BOOKING YOUR FIRST LOAD
    LESSON # 1


    Ok now you have graduated to the BIG LEAGUES and your ready to book your first load

    In this lesson I will cover some of the basic ICONS and things you will see on the board. This lesson will not show the board its self but some images you will see and how to understand them. SNI does a great load board class in orientation so this lesson is not to replace what they teach you as they are updated to the week and this information posted may become old over time.

    BELOW ARE BASIC ICONS YOU WILL SEE

    View attachment 67493 Above is the crossroads home page where you will see the TABS to log in. To get to the load board its under the
    INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR TAB . You will need your LOGIN and PASSWORD given to you in orientation to access the load board .

    View attachment 67486 = Preload or Drop

    View attachment 67487 = Times or appointments confirmed


    View attachment 67488 = Load posted in the last 90 minutes

    View attachment 67489 = Hazmat Shipment

    View attachment 67490 Continued move AKA : (a relay)

    View attachment 67492 = Temp sensitive


    Now that we have covered that lets get to a basic part of a load and what it includes

    ORGIN , DESTINATION , APT TIMES, RATES , LOADED MILES , EMPTY MILES,

    This is just the first screen of the load board ... To get more information about the load you will need to HIGHLIGHT your load and hit the VIEW TAB . This will be covered in the next lesson but gets you to the point where the next load board lesson will start..


    Hope this first load board lesson helps you to get a better feel of the SNI CHOICE PROGRAM. and the LOADBOARD

    STAY TUNED FOR LESSON 2 which is a little more in depth.

    MODS - Not sure if you can help to make attachments able to be viewed .. if so it makes this post a better tool ... Thanks JH


    EDIT 2 - What I ment by viewing images is have them displayed on the screen like in the post before you send it , instead of it being a link .. It's more of a diagram type post with picture tools as guides ..

    JarHead can't get attachments to load comes up invalid attachment. Maybe it is just my computer it wont let me view anyone's attachments. I have tried to contact administrator but not reply.

    As for the line 5 driving I don't understand why it is even available if you can't use it to go get something to eat or whatever reason.

    What area of the world did you end up bobtailing to to get your empty trailer?


    I am talking things over with my wife on the lease program. I am interested in the Choice program and in JCT's program. I have to decide soon or I am going to drive myself insane. There are reasons that I like each of them.

    I went to the Gary OC to get my trailer but instead just booked a relay that was on the yard and took it with 90 miles of home

    PM me I'll give you the run down on the JCT deal , had a friend do that I'll give you some insight on it
