Ok, I think I see how it works .

Get yourself on the load board ASSP

    Then go from there .

Poly is not forced dispatch , so theoretically a driver can pick a load that fits in with

the hours they have available .

    jdrentzjr Thanks this.

It sounds like you've made through the tough part. You won't regret your decision. Things might start out a little shaky, but the money is truly better and the lack of micromanagement and lack of any overbearing management involvement (as long as you're doing the job safely and legally) is a real bonus. I had my doubts at first...but now I try not to look back.

    jdrentzjr and Triumph Thank this.

Found -some- of my air leaks. The drain pull adapter fittings on the back of the supply tanks were weaping (couldn't hear it, but soapy water bubbled). And the supply line to the dump valve solenoid had an audible leak.(when you were under the truck...say....like a DOT cop) I kinda' have it fixed, but will need a shop for a proper repair. Still have some air loss when engine is off...but can't hear anything in a truck stop, but it is losing some somewhere.
