DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. They are fake CHRISTIANS. They run this BS that they are running under GODS authority, well they run under the same mc# that they used befor ethey got shut down with a few years back, they were G&M trucking or trans, thats short for George and May, well they reopened under that same MC# and reversed the name to "M&G" Mag Carriers. Well I leased onto them for over 2 years, I had to be home since my wife was in a accident and I had to be close to home. I didnt wnt to get my own authority beings I was dealing with some things that wouldnt let me put a 100% into doing that. Anyways, these guys are about to be shut down again, they cant load for Landstar, schneider, Swift, I'm sure CH Robinson is shutting them off , theyve been sued for using dangerous carriers before. There are a big listthat wont load them knowing they are past the intervention thresh hold, DOT frowns on companies that pull that reopening under a new name, cant do that no more. I had to tell MAG about the New York sticker, they never knew you needed it, lol.... I was paying insurance through them for physical and collision on my trailer, I bought this newer one and they never added my trailer to the policy, so I drove it and paid for insurance for over a year, never a refund. They fine drivers 80$ a point even if you get a warning from the DOT. I got a warning for my ABS light indicator, MAG fined me 260.00$ I asked them where that money goes, no answer, they arent giving it to the church thats for sure. Im working for another company now that pays 90 and the same deal. They emailed MAgs driers, just like all trucking companies due saying they are hiring owner ops and a much better deal, well, somehow, I was attached to the emails and if somebody responded to that company I got the message also, need less to say, one of them was from one of the women in the office(higher up) threatening the guy that sent the emails. haha. Some christians.. I told them on the 6th of may I was done after my next load. Tired of the drama. They are about to be shut down and dont tell anyone. Anyways, the 6th I told them I was done after the next 2 loads, I had a broker call me on a load I was on, it was scheduled and appt was for the next morning at 8am, he called me at 4pm the day I loaded and asked if I was empty. He assumed I was delivering the same day since it was only 300 miles. I kindly asked why I would do that with an APPOINTMENT for the next day, then he got ###### for no reason. I told him " I'll take the son of a ##### back where I got it, I dont need to listen to yor ########". This was after I tried to be nice. He calls MAG and said I cussed at him, they asked what happened, I told them, they looked at the rate sheet that they sign an seen I was was 100% right. They wanted to put me on probation for cussing? LOL.... Thats when I said its time for me to go on my way. I said Id deliver that and load back home then Id resign. Ok, I did all of that, got a letter Dated the 7th saying to sign to terminate the lease, and REASON FOR LEAVING : Resigned. The next day I get a new letter, this was Identical but dated the 9th and said reason for leaving: Unprofessional Conduct Terminated. I wish I could attach them, I don't know how or even if i can. That was the craziest thing. Anyways ill make sure its fixed on my DAQ if they post that. These are Chrristians, lol..... They have had 4 or 5 differrent insurance companies since Ive been there, they had 3 Presidents, at least 4 safety directorss that know nohng or never had anything to do with trucking. Now, they are ready to get shut down and they hire the 1st MALE to work in the office as the NEW SAFETY DIRECTOR AGAIN. Iasked if he had any trucking experience they said no. I still have the email, said he was ex military which I respect but how the HELL is that gonna help them with their safety issue? Ok, I admit I made some money with them, but they have no clue how to run a trucking company, its rally kind of funny how they do things. They know nothing about the laws. Oh, well, I will say that REBA was one of the 2 load managers (*dispatch), she was there for years, everyone else just revolves through their half assed set up, oh yeah, which is in a big old house. But anyways "REBA" is an awesome person. She is very real an deserves better. Bottom line there's a couple other companies that do the same deal, I can give the names if anybody wants them. For ten percent and get paid every friday and not worry about the paperwork is a great deal. The new place will pay everyday if yo want it with no fees like MAG charges 5%. They nickel and dime you to death. The sad part is Mag could've been a good company, just have no idea how to run a company. I jst think its funny I resigned on the 7th and terminated on the 9th. I guess they think I left to go to the other company , then figured they try that dirty stuff. So any of MAGS drivers want a good hoe, let me know. Ill give you the name, you dont need o tell them I sent you or anything, just like to guys at a good company. I probably should've sarted a new thread.

Dont waste your time with these companies and these guys that get paid for finding drivers. If they are a good compsny they dont need to be doing this. Usually when you dont hear much about a company good or bad they are worth lookingvinto.

if you can find the right gig with a mag carrier you can do very well
most people only think mag carriers pull cheap loads (and they do) but what most don't know is that they also pull good, very good, great paying loads.... the trick is to find the great paying loads
