One thing you should do is call the customer for directions and study them.Compare them with your atlas.I delivered there so many times that I bought a Chicago atlas.

LOL at the comments about Bartlett being unsafe. I lived in Chicago, and the surrounding suburbs for many years and you don't have anything to worry about there. If they were sending you in to Englewood or some other neighborhoods on the south side then yea, you may need that "bulletproof" truck.

I actually experienced Chicago traffic once. But it was in rush hour in the evening when everyone was going home from work. I agree about their driving, definitely 5 notches above retarded cali drivers. My concern is having to navigate the side streets in the city.
