Glad I moved over to Poly Trucking

Any info on if they have loaner trucks. I'm due service and have some issues with truck. My daughters birthday is this wknd I need 2b home.

 

There is a fresh list. I was going to check on one, but before I could...I was put on hold...random whiz test...I guess 14,400 miles by the 30th makes them wonder and Alan wants to talk...but it was too close to quitting time so now I have to stress about it all night wondering how big an arse chewing I am gonna get. Must not be too big, they let outbound offer me a load. KC for Friday. Will check with the shop in the morning...there were only 4 trucks ahead of me for service, Mike said they'll knock them out tonight. If they step it up, I may not lose it long...I can't see any other issues wrong with it...just as long as they don't break anything else.

Naw, if that was the case then Majestyk would have his name permanently engraved on the top of his #### list. Maybe he wants to make me an offer on managing the company shop and show these guys how it is suppose to be done.

I did accomplish something positive...Tommy and Aaron ignored me and Mike spoke in a professional manner...and I returned the same to all 3

 

Poly would be a great place to open a truck repair shop .

 

Put American Rags in Houston on the list of terrible delivery locations. 7 hours to unload and no bathrooms for drivers. Me and the receiving lady had a "nice" talk about that. Didn't get the feeling that she would be sending me a Christmas card this year. Deliver in Dallas in the am, then on to GP for a pm. Outbound called and said they were short drivers and if I'd be ready to roll tomorrow. Have home time this week. Might try a loaner for the first time.

 

Showered in Salina, KS, in the fanciest shower room I have ever been in. The Petro Platinum shower. (No, I don't fuel often enough for one, but a local driver who fuels daily but never has to use a truckstop shower swiped his card and gave me a free shower). This thing had a 10' plate glass mirror, double sinks with marble top counter, a two head shower...one on the wall, one on the roof that would "rain" on you...and...a 24" tv behind part of the mirror so you could watch tv while you soaked the day out of your sore muscles... (with surround sound). I've stayed in nice hotels that had less amenities.

 

I look good what ever I do.

 

Places like that I just climb under the trailer and leave the long there. Hey when you got to go you got to go.
