I am only allowed to bring one bag with does anyone know where I can get a bag big enough to fit all of that stuff.
-
Same here in school I was never taught to slide tandems or even hook up a trailer and I never drove with anything except an empty trailer
-
The company I was talking to only told me to bring clothes and personnel items but never told me anything about what food to bring.

I hope we can ask for another trainer if the first one does not work out. I just hope they have patience for me as I learned just the basics in school
-
That school failed you big time. They did not teach you the basics. Not your fault. I know some things you will have to learn on your own but not the basics.

The trainers will know for the most part where to park after the shift comes close to an end, but I strongly recommend getting the little truck stop book called the Pocket Truck Stop Guide that are available at most truck stops. Get this handy item when you can after having went out on the road and before you go solo. Easy to use, but vital to have on hand when you start driving by yourself. While in school, immerse yourself with as much info as possible concerning TRIP-PLANNING. Very, very important if you want to make money. CHEERS!

Trip planning not a all and there was no map planning at all
