well not really what I was trying to get across, first there is no way the t/a knows what the bill will be unless they didn't do the tire under national account. what the bill should read is like mine , where the price would be, it reads" see nta account" then there is a valve stem charge , a tire balance weight charge, but no total price at the bottom, that wont be completed today until they contact mercer.

if that that t/a has a total they didn't do it under national account pricing, and the invoice needs to be redone. contact someone today asap, the t/a may have seemed helpful but they clearly didn't follow how to do a national account tire on the weekend for mercer. probably what caused some of the confusion since the t/a didn't do what they were supposed to, they pull up mercer trans out of Louisville,ky and it tells them on the screen what to do.

again, if your bill had a total you didn't get national account price on the tire. you know well that the t/a shops aren't exactly correct in everything they do.

 

The bill has a 0.00 at the total amount.

 

good deal then, but still check on it today, maybe you could work a deal to get em to take back the painted wheel, or just use it for the spare , when ya rig up a rack. the guy I saw at the yard had someone fab his up. so in essence the bill wont be 1700 bucks then. and the weekend person on duty sat. was Jessie , shes a coordinator, probably off today since she was on call. but I would have her verify the painted wheel deal and if that wasn't the case , make the t/a you come to make it right, they can do that.

I guess that's the drawback to super singles, my son has em on 3 of his front discharge concrete trucks and pretty much its arim every tim they blow one, he buys his used from some place in Indiana, they ship em to him in Georgia.

 

Yes I'll keep and use the steel wheel as a spare. Thank you.

When we get on ELD's, how do we keep a copy of days out for taxes? Is there any way to print logs when on the mercer elogs?
