Jim, I have never seen the removeable ones, but I bought 2 of the folding handle ones and love them. I will be replacing the rest with the folding ones shortly. The folding ones the latch will stay in between foward and reverse making much easier to take the slack out or screwing them in or out. Rob out.

Put in my app two days ago, they said all clear, except, I have to buy a truck,......going to see one on Saturday,
1996 Kenworth W900L Flat Top
18 speed
3406E Cat with 100 miles on Cat overhaul, dyne's 500hp
3.55 rears
Looks good inside and out in pictures, gonna have a KW dealer (not seller) check it out Saturday.
32K
What do ya'll think? -
32k a little steep IMO -
That definitely does seem steep...Even with a new overhaul, the rest of the truck has been beat up too I'm sure.
I also put in my app, but am going a little slower with it. Gotta wait till I'm back home side and all of that. Just found out my company is putting rear facing cameras in all their new trucks. They made my decision a lot earlier than I was going to for me. -
How much cat warrenty is on that motor? And how many miles on the truck?
One can spend alot of money fixing a truck even when it has a new motor. -
Well, the comparables in Truck Paper are 30-45K, so, while not a steal, it seems reasonable....but, hey, they can ask for anything, doesn't mean I have to pay it!...LOL! -
I've seen some of the best deals on Craigs list. Might want to look there also.
RERM Thanks this. -
Also might ask Mercer contractor relations. Usually a mercer driver looking to upgrade his equipment. Always couple good trucks for sell here.
RERM Thanks this. -

Anyone know what the deal was with them asking if you have tanker endorsement?
