that is the Pilot in Middlesboro,Ky
had a refer on one side and a apu running on the other, didn't hear anything but my apu running

I would much rather be at that Pilot than sitting in the parking lot in this neighborhood

What a screwed up Friday. I wasn't kept from going to the office.
The mechanic and I talked about it. Plan one was double clamp the hose that is on it now.
Also carry the other piece of spare hose. Plan two is have a special hose made from transmission to cooler. Plan three is pull the the two pieces of tubing out and have them welded together. It would take some bending but there SHOULD be enough tubing to make it feasible.

I picked up 10 steel drums on two pallets at N2It and took them to Pasadena.
I went back to N2It for 10 plastic drums on two pallets and took them to the northwest corner of Beltway 8.
Then picked up two small cartons at ABO Supply for SDV.
He says Direct Hot from Sumner to Del's Plating in Southwest Houston.
Got there and it was gone. Dry run.
Then he says go to Pasadena. Another of our trucks is broken down and they will take it off of him and put it on me.
The mechanic called. The truck that was down had a flat. He was going to meet a tire man there. I called Roland and told him the mechanic said the place locks up at 5pm.
He said I'll call you back but head that way please.
I hit 610 @ I-45 and he called and said go on home.
I stopped at a convenient place to do paperwork and logbook.
And now I'm fixin' to go home.

Pulled the brakes at the house. Not a minute too soon I might add. It's been a week not bad, pretty good week actually but I'm still glad to go fishing tomorrow

 

Going to be the first weekend in a long time I stay out dang it

 

Y'all taking in any more folks here? If you are , I'm currently in Memphis, IN homeward bound. Then Sunday heading back up to Chi-town for a 2 stopper on Monday. Then, who the hell knows! Have a good weekend everyone!
