Going to be taking cdl classes in Dec and have been taking the practice tests on here to get a head start and possibly go get my permit before I start classes... Was wondering how accurate the questions and answers are compared to the real test? Also is air brakes and combination questions on the general CDL class A exam? Thanks
Accuracy of practice tests?

There are pretty accurate there won't be any surprise info that you haven't seen before.
Ls1charged Thanks this. -
They are pretty good, I used the test module on truckingtruth.com and then come over here to take the tests. I ended up passing the cdl test first time

Mostly accurate, 95% or better, but not 100%. Using them is much to your benefit, I did them repeatedly as well as the ones here; http://www.cristcdl.com/otc/gk2/ . They were quite helpful. As you learn more you will/should notice the discrepancies, hell even the DMV tests have incorrect answers to their own questions.

Wow seriously ? My post was deleted? Why? Because I suggested he use a different website?

No, not deleted, in moderation. LOL Combinations of words or a single word will trip the moderation filter. Sometimes just a link. Lately we have had an influx of spammers, so I'm venturing a guess that the link put it there. -
I recommend these exams on here as practice exams for my students, they all pass first time.

Tests here are accurate but don't be surprised if the test at the dmv has more questions.

I used the practice tests while studying for endorsements and knocked out all three same day first try. Some of the questions on the real test were word for word identical. I did some practice tests on other sites but didn't find them as helpful as the ones on the front page of TTR. The ability to go back and review your answers was particularly helpful to me.

The only tricky test is the hazmat. There are a few questions on the test that aren't even in the manual. At least in California. Not sure about any other state.
