I was way off on the amount of the raise.
And I found out I suck at doing math in my head too.

2 cent raise for national drivers
a pet policy for all drivers
    guanteed detention pay

so that meant the 2 cents in April and this 2 cents, which adds up to 11 percent. Plus 2 percent more miles and Presto 13 percent.

Now in my brain, a 13% raise on 50 cents is 26 cents. The calculater busted that theory.

After I deliver in Houston, I roll to Pol-Tex to pick up a GP load...so I will get my paperwork in. Once I drop in GP, there isn't any loads left for Thurs or Fri (thanks to the fact that I didn't know I was going to be in GP for sure until this morning, so I didn't get on the board until then). My next load out picks up Saturday, Kaleb said he will see about getting it loaded early. It's going to Cedar Falls, IA. He had a decent list, mostly west, north or northeast... or to places that would route me to UPN. I've never delivered to Cedar Falls with Poly...who is it, and where do we usually pick up a back haul out of that area?

Multi-stop to Jersey City, and a multi-stop to upstate NY are the 2 I remember.

I thought Cedar Falls was a Targeť...wasn't sure. From there I may be headed to UPN anyway...not good, that was the last place I had words with the shop, and I am approaching a service again.
