Glad to see you're back on the road mjfreespirit. You guys have fun in my neck of the woods. Can't say I'm too terribly jealous. I may have been born and raised there, but that doesn't mean I enjoy driving through there!

Anyhoo, I'm heading for Hopkins, MN for Thursday between 7 am to 3 pm. Man I love those wide open deliveries! Y'all have a safe trip to the garden state.

 

That's so funny that you mention that. While I was about to make some supper in my sleeper an hour ago, I turned my heater on and boom, my APU attempts to turn on, fails to do so, then breaks... But the cruel irony of it breaking right now is that my truck was literally being serviced at the Tomah terminal today 😑😑😑😑 They also took 6 flipping hours to service it, making me a day late on my delivery. That I'm not too happy about.

Anyways, next preplan: picks up tomorrow in Sioux city, Iowa heading to North Carolina. After I finish my delivery to Hopkins I can pass thru the new ulm terminal on my way to Sioux to get my APU repaired as well. I'm surprised they're dead heading me so far (251 miles) but hey it all pays the same. That'll be 2743 miles for the week.

 

Well, I'm at the terminal in Columbus right now getting my coolant issue, jake and cruise control issue and my fifth wheel moved back a little. Don't have to deliver until 8am tomorrow morning out in Indianapolis.

I went up to Lowes. Gonna head back and get a 10 in. I don't deliver till the morning and I'm 3 hours away.

 

The North Carolina load was cancelled, so now I'll be heading to waxahachie, TX instead. That'll cost me about 400 miles compared to my NC trip. D'oh! However... I am Preplanned to pick up at the same customer in waxahachie, then I'll be heading to cranbury, NJ. 2600 miles in 5 days, boo yah!

 

When I came back from Lowes, I think I saw you RogerThat72. You were parked next to the last trailer in the row on the "back 40" all the way to the right of the lot. You ain't lying. You have a beard!
