    Urgh... 400 pounders need lovin' too @shaggy

    But yeah, I was averaging $32/hour doing linehaul... And now making a flat $17.50/hour doing P&D. Overtime after 8. Why the switch? I needed a social life again.

    And holy crap do we interline a bunch of stuff. MTS, NPT, FxF (rarely), several small city based outfits, and occasionally those clowns from our sister branches New Penn and Holland. No idea how the brokage works on sending out freight with everyone and everyone is still making a profit.

    Good luck to my mate on the east coast... He is about to get some leet snow shoveling skills. Careful what you wish for! Harhar! Ok... Enough beer, going to bed.

    got in tonight after back to back 13.x hour days (logged) and THEY ARE WASHING THE TRUCKS.

    HOLY CRAP. First time since I started there (5 months)

    If they do the trailers, I'll be really impressed.

    Hey RR the storm went in the other direction, we went from getting 2-3 feet to only 3 inches LOL. I'm surprised on how good this truck is in snow.

    Well I got my usual updates from the crazeydude. Seems like I made the move at the right time

    I wish my company would wash our trucks.. We have to do everything to them ourselves minus maintenance. I don't wash any truck I drive though because I get a different one every single night..

    slip seating sucks
    and why spend time writing it up or fueling it, you aren't getting it tomorrow and the other guy who had what is now your today truck didn't do ti either.

    Don't take this wrong way. Keep writing that crap up, even if it's a lost cause. Document Document Document EVERYTHING! One day in the future will be very glad did yourself a favor. Lawyers love documentation. It's possible could get killed/Seriously injured, Family has the proof.

    Write it up, Take a picture with your phone and back it up on your Hard drive and a USB stick. Total time 1 minute when you get home.

    If you don't write it up, Just makes it more complicated and makes other slip seaters angry. Communicate with the other driver if you can and makes you not the lazy person. Enough people complain crap MIGHT get fixed.


    You've been doing this long enough, Always cover your butt, NOT preaching at you.
