Beer In Sleeper 392.5a

What I want to know is,,,how in the sam he double hockey sticks did they find beer in his sleeper???? I am drinking a six pack right now and I see no reason why a LEO would knock on my door and say; "do you mind if I search your truck?" Something amiss here... I know of a guy that got searched for some reason and the dot found 3 beers in his fridge.... Not sure why he got searched either... I have only been searched at Military bases,,,twice in 6.5 years. Lets take a poll,,,who has had their truck searched???

 

I actually heard a newbee asking the other day if it was okay to have it is your system for a drug test because it was "legal"!! The company wasn't impressed!!

 

Is it OK to have O'Doul's or Sharps in the sleeper?

I've "heard" stories of drivers hiding beer in dunnage of flatbed.

Maybe this driver should have had a seperate "fuel" tank to store this beer in. hahaha.
