Well booked a nice 800 mile run for $1800 and realized i didn't have emough hours to do it. So i called in and after 30 mins on hold and a tongue lashing they say im the best option go ahead and keep it.

 

That happens on the company side occasionally, I've been dispatched on loads in which I realized I couldn't make OTD. Call in and told to run with it...

 

Why is it that once one thing goes wrong with your truck, that's it, it's over, might as well find another truck LOL. My truck is almost at 250k, last week the DEF dosing unit went out so it went in the shop for 3 days for repair. I got it out Friday, today, doing my pre-trip, I notice is it low on coolant, take it to the shop, they couldn't find a leak, so they topped it off. When I got back to the yard after my load, it was almost below the low line again. I found the leak, sensor in the middle of the coolant tank is leaking, very very slowly.....bad news, they can't get to it till Thursday, good news, once it gets below the sensor it won't leak anymore LOL.

 

LOL, nope, Timmy is in your old day cab, the brakes locked up on his truck and he is driving your old one till his is fixed.

 

I thought it was behind the glove box. I could be wrong tho, won't be the first time.
