OK so I've decided it's time for a new truck. So I'm selling my current truck. It is a 2006 Volvo 780 with a ved12 motor and ultra shift 10 speed with 3.42 rears. Truck has just under 800k miles but will be going up as I'm still running it till new one arrives. I'm asking 20k for the truck but I still owe a little on it so keep that in mind for time to get title purposes. Can also work out a cash plus takeover last 13 payments deal for someone too. It is here at Mercer and does me a good job. Just time to upgrade and go for broke. Anyone interested can pm me. New compressor, fuel pump, accessory drive, speed sensor, fuel filter houses, 70 percent drives. Gonna need steers soon. Oh and new windshield and washer fluid pump and wiper linkage all replaced.

With a Volvo engine and a automatic? I love those Volvos. One of the best trucks around IMHO

I went through orientation just a few weeks ago and they do make you get a TWIC card, and it is a plus. It will take a little while to get it in, but there are a lot of loads that I currently can't run, better paying loads, because I don't have my TWIC card yet. The cost was $138 and you will need either plastic or a check from Mercer to get it, they do no accept personal checks and I don't believe they take cash either. Mercer is willing to cut you a check for the cost and deduct it from your settlement though if needed.

Mercer requires everyone to obtain a TWIC card. Even van drivers

He is right. It's an item you want to have. Alot of military loads require it believe it or not. It also makes it alot easier to get out of certain areas.
