Looks like I get the day off too, besides fueling up and getting the tires patched.

edit, they voided the first load to Maine, because I didn't accept it in time.
Seems they didn't know I was in a shop,
I told them what trailer I had,

and then hit "enter" twice and told them about the trl tires.
I thought it'd be easier to read,

    but she didn't scroll.
So I get a Maine load that picks up tomorrow. Works for me.

I didn't even get any flak for writing "total ######" on the Qualcomm to the OP's manager

i hope you have had a great time like me, how can fans sue Pakio for a sore shoulder and the boring fight, when Mayweather should have slaughtered an injured foe?

    Last four loads:
    1) Given an 800 mile load that delivers in 4 days. I left for it and got pulled off for a better load (not a bad thing except for double trip planning)
    2) Next load- Waited for 3 hours to see if needed to repower another load. It did. Wasn't a bad load ~1100 miles.
    3) Next load required I was outside truck while loading. Get back in truck and was voided off load. I told them I was already loaded (early arrival pays off) Wait to see what to do for a couple hours. Get put back on load.
    4) Next load seems normal. I decide to get real close and park in a closed down bus. Parking lot. Cops kick me off after 8 hours. Said I can't stay there because posted, but can park across street. Owner comes in and kicks me off. I have to start clock 5 hours early. Go to mall...get kicked off. Finally get unloaded. Not many hours left. Night shift finds a shag load for the next day though.

First person that says that's trucking gets punched. :)

Well, I got ya'll beat on load length...since Poly keeps you on the same trip number until you return to a company facility...my last trip was 6200ish miles...yea, I know you don't really care...but the Poly thread is dragging lately...guess all the other Poly posters are home or too busy to post...I need to post something somewhere

It doesn't matter where you work, drivers are the enemy and sub standard to these people. They live by numbers and profit margins. Same goes for the mechanics in the shop, they're seen not as an asset but a liability because maintenance cuts into profits.

Just remember you can't teach common sense and there's no app for it either..,...

I came out of Portland, OR heading to the Atlanta area...they had me swap loads in Cheyenne. A driver who lives in Florida wanted to get home...so I swapped. His load came out of Idaho and goes to Sacramento, PA. I gained 220 miles in the swap. Sitting in Austintown, OH now, getting ready to head over to the Flying J (Penn 80) in Milton, PA. From there is is about 50 miles to Sacramento, but a rough 50 miles through the hills.
