Do you also read other things! Spyder is 100% correct, rates are down, anyone with a laptop & Google can look it up! They are down 7% over last year, due to a 27% decrease in fuel! Rates are down more than that here, which is what we disagree on! But thanks for chiming in!

I do read other things... Reading is power... Until the last month or 2 this thread has been drama free... Im stumped... Any Ideas?

This shop is kinda annoying me.I've been waiting for a quote ALL night now... They took the truck in @ 0930? They shop found the problem @ 1400... And they still didn't give me a quote or invoice yet..

Yeah, my 6500 isn't consistent but I do average about 4500 all weeks, seem are much higher, some much lower. But I'm looking for consistency, I'm moving back to NC and would be fine making making 4 to 4500 a week if I'm thru home more oftenvangtransport Thanks this.

Sorry but I'm trying not to bicker! Doesn't your company have a thread?WolfHound2/27 Thanks this.

I started reading this thread lika a year and a half ago while my leg was broke and it was less drama then, I've also noticed the posters from the beginning don't seem to be on as much now, at least there are still some helpful people on here giving guys like me some real world numbers of what's happening

Waiting is good sometimes, it could be that they are faxing back and forth with NTP!!

This thread is for people that are looking to sign on with Mercer. You think they should only hear only the good? Some get very upset if you say anything negative. Most others just back down when the get challenged by those few. Nobody on here has ever said Mercer is a bad company, they are not. But, if you tell someone they will get over $2 a mile, and they get here and only average $1.60, they will not likely stay. If some people on here had not embellished I would still be pulling a company trailer getting 65% not paying tolls and averaging $2.02 a mile. Now I have $38,000 in equipment that I can't just park. Anyone want to buy it they can, and I will walk away.

If you have NTP, they are really slow about approving claims. I broke down in Seattle, it took a week and a half of BS, but they approved a inframe. I only paid for the EGR valve, and two cylinder sets. They will not cover EGR. They paid around $19,000, I paid around $4,000. I can't remember the mans name at NTP. You should call him in the morning. They are in NJ. I think he gets in at 8 or 9. I have had 3 or 4 claims and the covered every one. Where are you
