I've met quite of few unhappy drivers who've been here a very long time.. I'll bring there opinions to life here... Something is wrong within the company.. From the loads, to the coordinators, to the agents, down to even truck pay... Alot of guys have been mainly here still because of the convenience of getting paid within 24hrs.. Now it's taking longer... I've been around the business for 15 years..Mercer used to be a company that even if you had a 2000 a month payment you can make a hell of a living.. Now you better off here with no payment because having both truck and trailer note you'll never go home... The only people making money on the Van side are the ones on the dedicated routes or the ones who are going back and forth to Washington every other week which is ridiculous.. They might need to lay off a few of us or force guys to do FB. And despite what everyone says I personally feel liker guys who have been here the longest are getting the good loads.. Because unless u know for sure who got empty first u really don't know who got empty first.. Just my weekly rant now that I've done a 34 every time I leave the house... I've done more 34s here in 5 months than my total 15 year career...#givemeabreak

D6ddie, that's the crowd that refuses to adapt to things changing. They would rather pee and moan. Than find a way to adapt. Funny that I disagree with it all. Are you go by g revenue or miles, D6ddie?

Is there more loads on the other loadboard for Vans than the Mercertown available loads? Thank you

Yes there are many, many more loads on our board. However, I will say that if you're interested in mercer, flat is the only way to go. In my opinion the van div is dying on the vine. Flat is the way here.

Hey Skate I personally go by rev.... Miles don't interest me.. I want to have at 650 on my truck when I'm done paying for it in 18 months so miles I don't care about.. But everyone biggest gripe is too much sitting.. Not enough loads..I can't speak on FB cause that's not what I'm doing.. Maybe it's no sitting but on Van sheesh... If this is slow im scared of the winter lmaooo

I agree. Van freight has been cannibalized. Now whatever the reasons, each of us has an opinion, I don't know. What I do know as far as vans go is if you speak your opinion to anyone in louisville you get the same canned responses just like a telemarketer so the word has been put out on the proper answers. Anytime you ask two different people questions and get the same responses right down to the same verbiage..... The fix is in. Lol

$1132 bucks later i got the truck back. Didn't get APU fixed but i plan on doing it. Just hard to put out $1500 on the apu when its not gonna cost that much to idle lol.
