If I'm coming out of Memphis would it be faster to take 55 to 51 to 24 or just stay on 40 65 to Ohio.

 

Google maps. Just don't navigate by it. It will show the shortest ways tho

 

It's an 8 minute difference lol. Maybe I'll take back roads less traffic.

 

Oh I'm not sure I'd pay attention to the time from Google. Lol. And most back roads are slower out there do to towns. But it sounds like it's about the same either way. I'd go less traffic n construction route. Lol

 

Hope none of you was that Mercer truck that crashed yesterday. Some how he was on wrong side of road and took out overhead sign..

Nor the Mercer driver that took that photo while driving and posted it to Mercer Facebook lol.

Time wise it is almost identical, unless you hit memphis or nashville at rush hour, but you will get better mpg on 40

Okay, Mercer peeps! My husband talked to Mercer on Tuesday. They are still waiting to hear back from a couple of his previous employers. I'm pestering him to call and check in, but he wants to wait until they call him. What's your opinion? He already has a tentative start date with Celadon for flats... already gave his two week notice (though his boss is begging him to stay and will gladly stretch out his notice as long as we want, lol), but I hate not knowing what's going on. I want to get things figured out and have a set plan. I'm impatient! Plus, the longer we wait, the longer till I see him again.

So yeah, wait out Mercer, call them to check in, or just go with Celadon for now and switch to Mercer later? Thank so much! (And sorry. I am bugging you guys instead of him, lol. He deserves a break every now and then.)

 

Celadon or Mercer? How is this even a question? It's almost like choosing a union crane operator job or going to an illegal immigrant landscaping company.
