Truck was finished at 12:15 today. At 14:00 I got a call from my dbl to see if I can pick up a load in San Fernando CA by 16:30 (65 miles away at the start of rush hour traffic). Found an empty at the Fontana OC and left by 15:00. Somehow made it to the shipper at 16:05. I checked in with shipping receiving, despite no one really being able to speak English. I was told to back into a door 8. While walking back to my truck a day cab truck came flying in and backed into my door so I walked back in and tried to ask if I should wait or back into another door, no one understood until I was taken to the 1 guy who speaks English. Now I get to wait for day cab guy to move. Supposedly this place closes at 16:30... Its now about 17:00.

Anyone else ever have any fuel gauge or sending unit issues in a Cascadia? A few days ago I had around 1/4 tank then out of no where I noticed it showed full for about 30 straight minutes until I stopped and fueled up. Just now, I'm sitting at a dock with a little over 1/4 tank at a bit of a slope and out of nowhere it showed empty with the low fuel light on. I shut the truck down and turned the key back on a few times and it's back up to a little over 1/4

nope, but start tracking on paper consumption vs how much you are fueling at a stop.

What year IS this truck anyway?

My guage shows 1/2 when 3/4 full, 1/4 when half full. I get the warning light on with 55 gal of fuel left in the tanks

Mine is the same. Read lower than what is in there and it isn't consistent

I use the fuel use readout on the dash...I don't trust the gauges. Never ran outta fuel so I guess I'm doing it right

My 2012 Cascadia did that for a while. I had it wrote up durning the next PM. And they replaced the fuel sensor in the tank I believe. No issue sense then.
