Can't say the same here. And I know of drivers that are leaving also. But I'm trying to hold on. I know things are getting better, but bills come no matter how much I'm making.
This load. ..1700 miles and picked up Thursday morning and can't deliver till Tuesday. So 5-6 days. So about $120 a day. No Bueno! And now I have a a reefer problem I'll have to get fixed tomorrow also.

Finally got this Seattle area delivery done, was told something about "river place", but searching around on google earth revealed nothing. One thing is for sure, parking around this area is among the worst, I thought the attitude and parking availability in the north east was bad! Hoping I get enough time to get this picked up and I can fit it into my recap. Been having a bit of an issue with waiting a long time for dispatch and by then it's too late to make the pick up appointment. Communication is still not too good at times.

Got loaded this morning in WA headed to Texas....decent amount of miles and still fits into my recap without wiping my hours completely out.

So far so good, Emptied out in Lawrenceville , Ga and immediately loaded up in Chatanooga, Tn headed to City of industry, Ca. I will probably have 1 hr left of my 70 when I get there, should be interesting. Plenty of miles though.

Im still rolling pretty good myself mile wise, just got back from vacation in Spearfish area/Rapid City, was awesome. Went kayaking, swimming, saw the dead presidents, did some hiking, ate like a pig,and geocaching with the kids, all in all,a great time. Let me tell you it's difficult to leave days off, to come back out here though. Well back to the grindstone!stormin_norman66 Thanks this.

Yeah, I know the feeling, I have hometime in for next weekend. I am looking forward to it, will be nice to get some more clothes and other items from home but it will be hard to leave again. But oh well, it's the life we choose to be out here. As long as they keep me moving like they have been I won't complain.stormin_norman66 Thanks this.
