    I have been wrong many, many times in 45 years and will be the first one to say it. The difference in this case is that my posts from 6 and 7 months ago to today have been correct. Mercer has absolutely made a horrendous business mistake with the lp model, and that's fine it happens in business, however they chose to be filthy liars about it and had anyone and everyone reading off a scripted answer when the educated people called or in person said "there is a problem here, the route being taken is flawed, why is this not being fixed?".... Canned answer time after that. To this moment, whether them freezing that lp nonsense is true or not no one from mercer will address it head on, there will be no message fleet wide explaining the situation. So I think the mirror talk should be directed at mercer to look at themselves and to possibly, if they can muster up some humility to answer to their contractors and admit their mistake and explain their remedy for solving it.

    Answer to their contractors?? For what? For the sake of argument lets ignore the fact that they have every right to grow their fleet however they want. What do you think they owe an answer for? That phrase implies some sort of injury caused by their actions. So just how were we, as contractors injured by their experiment?

    You're right, they don't owe an answer to a legitimate business question that as I said they lied like a rug about when asked a simple question. They absolutely have every right to grow their fleet in any way they see fit. My only point is that as failures grew they were late on the switch, but hey it did not affect them directly it's been obvious to anyone with a pulse for a while that it has altered their van business, I don't think the most ardent mercer defender or company man could deny that. To me it's only about a modest amount of honesty, that's all. I think many people who were posting that it was going off the rails, van wise, were made out to be fools and bad business people. It didn't hurt me, I'm independently wealthy and could give two poops about the money I just see where people read the script and tow the line no matter what and I think it's ridiculous. It's only my opinion and I don't own mercer I just work a few days a month a keep my head down.

    The transflo app stopped asking for order numbers on my iPhone last week. Caught me off guard and I had to call and ask if they got my trip info. I use the bubble sheet and they said they did.

    With that said, I sent in a trip Friday at 1530 est and it was settled before they went home. I use the mobile app and I don't know if they manually did it or if it was automated I just know I got paid. Kinda has me afraid to stop using the sheets.
