Today began with me sending "just checking you there?" I got ready 11AM pick up K-Solv in Channelview and deliver in Brookshire.
I sent good thing I have ways to kill time.
He sent do this first pick up job site on Market St.
and deliver to Boatman. Got to the address on Market and didn't see a water blaster and nobody knew anything. Come to find out on the phone that it was on a barge and the tugboat came up lame. Finally told to dry run it. Went close to K-Solv and parked. At 10AM he calls and says I have one picking up in Pasadena going to K-Solv. Take off for Pasadena to Harcros Chemical. Get one drum of 75% Hydroflouric Acid (nasty stuff!) Hurry back to K-Solv. Get that off and leave loaded 11:45.
Couldn't find the address in Brookshire. Found out dispatch was supposed to call when I left K-Solv. Guy on the phone splained where to go. Was a PITA to get those drums off the truck and on the dock.Ate lunch and headed back to Houston at 2:30. At 3:38 I sent I was sitting under a tree outside SDV. No further communication. But depending on what the dry run pays the truck made a liile over $200 today.

One of our dogs went missing this morning.
Another tore up his under side maybe on the fence maybe by another dog. He had to be put down. I'll get over it ok but Dad and Sister are tore up pretty good.

    Will be asleep perty soon.

Rocks, Vilhiem and Tall Mike Thank this.

    That wasn't a regular 150 either that was a Raptor......not good

Last week I delivered two Top Kicks....Because they are so big the outside tire on the rear dual was completely off the ramp only the inside tire was on....Only half the steer tires were on the ramp the outside half were hanging off...

    good times...
