    I got my inspection at Louisville today, turned down the free electronic log deal, so I will pay for. Them by next June 30th. Camped out at the yard.

    Well it happened. I left mercer at 8:30 this morning. Got over where 264 and 64 come together and had a wreck. A kid came around the corner from 64 to get on 64 and never checked up. Slammed into my steer tire and the back end of the car slid into my steps. The kid said he never saw me. He was looking down right before he hit me so I'm assuming he was texting. This is my first wreck ever in a car/truck/anytging. I guess 10 years was a good run.

    Everyone was fine. He was shaken up. His dad showed up and said I came out of no where. I told him that I'm loaded at 79,900 pounds and just came around a sharp turn that said 45mph less than 1/8 of a mile back. I can't exactly go from 45 to 90 in an 1/8 of a mile.

    Yes they put him as number 1 and me as number 2. The officer actually just called me again because she forgot some info.

    when you called in didn't anyone at mercer tell you to only get witness names, take pictures and don't discuss the accident with anyone but the police? The accident shouldn't be discussed with the dad, remember that for future reference, I left about 930 from Louisville, t GTF e rain probably contributed

    Man I'm sorry to hear this. Happy nobody was hurt. 10 years is a good stretch, my only accident with anything that had more then 2 wheels was about 2+ years ago. 5am a guy runs a red and smashes into me. Of course he tried to say I did. I said nothing, when the cops arrived I just let him talk and make all the accusations he wanted. Cops finally asked for my side and I just showed them my dash cam. Best $120 I ever spent.
