A very bad week. Might have six or more stops at dealers or large trucking companies, who never have a fork lift operator that's done more than move a pallet around once or twice. . They also never want to pay very good.
While I won't go so far a to say they ate bad loads, they certainly are not very good ones.

And here I was thinking you were in Amish country. Trying to figure out how you gonna strap all those Horse saddles on that flatbed.

First time in a year but got jammed by either an agent or shipper but load was no good when I got there. Agent says tonu will be a buck fifty. When will I see that? Is it at their discretion or will it get paid today?

You will get it, when it gets paid to Mercer. Might take a week, might be two months. if you don't see it after say 3 weeks, call the agent and ask them the status of it. I have always gotten paid when an agent has said the customer agree to a tonu. Sometimes it just takes a while.

Do you mean like a weed burner exhaust? I remember you mentioning something like that a few weeks ago. Why are you wanting to ditch the stacks? Those weed burners have mufflers in front of them. I understand they cost almost as much as a stack. But I'm not sure.

I always regroove my tires. Only reason not to is if you plan on having them capped or if you trade then in before they are fully worn out. personally, I think it's better to get every single mile out of a Torre than trade it in for some piddly wink casing credit. Regrooving is very easy if you buy a quality tool and don't skimp on the blades. If you get a cheap tool, well be prepared for a full day of hard work. A hammer and chisel might be easier.
