Drug Screen Refusal LIE by Prev Employer

We are not calling you a lyer. Technically you legaly refusef the test. Dot does not care why. Even if you have never touche drugs in your life you still HAVE to go to drug treatment

 

The way I read the rules, the only loophole is to claim that you were on VACATION, not just off duty. You are NOT required to report for a drug test when on vacation.

That could've worked if he hadn't answered the phone.
Since he answered the phone call, he was informed that he was selected to perform a random. As such, he had a finite amount of time to report to a collection site which he failed to do. That counts as a refusal which in turn is reported as a positive result. If he didn't answer the phone, he couldn't have been notified and would've been asked to do it when he came off hometime.

 

By law you have to take it. I would've been upset to put it in a nice way, if they called me on my time off to go and do a random. Oh, I would have went and then I would of told them where to stick the results and their job! That's really not cool to do to anyone. I've seen them change the person, who was drawn to go before at my job.

Next time they call you for a drug test off duty, just say you are out of the country.
