Refill the bags and tape um and then let them out and tape em. Even if the trailer isn't loaded the bags should fully deflate. Also double check were the blow off is. Once someone put it back to another bag so they never deflated.

Well the blow off is fine if I set the brakes they all deflate. If I have dump value on and air up trailer the bag gets air but doesn't seem hard like the front

You may have to connect all the air bags to one leveling vlv. That would most likely fix that problem

They should be that's correct but is double check them. Maybe the leveling rods are off by a 1/4 inch and that's what's causing the problem

Is living in kansas city a good area for Mercer? I currently run to the Chicago area and St. Louis from here weekly and see Mercer trucks pretty regular

Well I have roadpro pad locks on my headache rack. Say six weeks old. They were both froze up.when I tried opening them today. I had to cut one off. The other wd40 and HUB oil worked on. Wrap them in plastic bags and duct tape?

Push the red button in. Give it time to blow the bags up. Flip the switch and walk to the rear of the trailer and listen for air blowing out. the valve is almost directly behind the license plate, you should be able to reach up and feel the air going out. Obviously with more weight, more air would be in they bag so would be louder when you dumped it.

Take them off. If at thief wants your chains, a padlock isn't stopping them.
