Probably; the way it's explained on the threads about it, they can hear every noise. 3rd party company monitors it and reports to Swift anything they feel they should be informed about.

No more personal conversations inside the truck anymore at swift. I'll be good as long as sni doesn't mandate them within the next 12 monthsChinatown Thanks this.
-
Then they will mandate their lettering right off my truck.
-
I heard about the cameras at swift. I can't see how they can record 24/7. There has got to be a trigger like a certain g force or something that causes them to record.
-
There are triggers, but can also be remotely monitored any time someone wants to.Those can be much more invasive than trucking companies tell the drivers. One example, a driver posted on here that safety contacted him about him not checking his rearview mirrors often enough. Many other examples have been posted. Another, "beep, beep from safety", "Who's that woman in your truck?" "Uh, that's my wife; the truck is in my driveway at my house; I'm on hometime."G13Tomcat Thanks this.

Personally I prefer to keep conversations with myself private.Chinatown Thanks this.

so much for "land of the free".White_Knuckle_Newbie and Chinatown Thank this.

Amazon prime let's you download and store movies and shows, so get that and you will have a portable library. I also have a PS4 and a t.v that are all together in a suitcase looking thing so I'm not worried about being bored.
2. Staying healthy isn't as hard as you think. You can shop at Walmart all the time for fresh(er) stuff. The only problem is that Schneider trucks don't have fridges or big enough inverters for microwaves which is probably the number one reason I couldn't drive for them again.
I think OTR is the way to truck. I love it been doing it my whole career. -
Yep. OP, get yourself a 12v cooler for produce, deli meat, yogurt, etc.
-
12v coolers don't work unless you leave your truck running 24/7. Those igloos get warm once the power is off. If you leave the cooler plugged in running all night your battery will drain or your truck will shut off its power or your fuse blows. Cheeses melt. Leftovers go bad. Produce warms up and rots. Yogurts (dairy) no way... Bad idea.
But if you can leave your truck running all night long then yea it'll work
