If it's that high, there's probably a reason lol. But you should get it after 6-12 monthsDh46 and americanmadetrucker Thank this.

Ok cool ya Yeah I dunno I been driving for about 3 years but I'm sure they needing drivers badly due to that fact it's the trucking industry and its a starter company so
-
They'll pay it no problem. With it that high, they may spread it out over the course of a year, but they'll pay it. Its one of the only things that gets people in the door, especially experienced drivers
GoGetta07 and drvrtech77 Thank this. -
Why with 3 years don't you look at other companies?
-

Any company can be good if you do your part. If all these outfits people squawk about were actually as bad as they claim, I doubt any of them would be in businessRoad Jouster, Puppage and Dh46 Thank this.

Yeah i hear that most drivers just ##### about everything I try to base everything on my own opinions and take everything everyone else states as their own views some u can see and some experiences people do to their selves no turn down loads and don't screw off and it's seems u won't have a problem for he most part

My sign on/retention bonus from SNI is paid out like this: 20% at 45, 90, 180 days. The remaining 40% is paid out at 1 year. Mine was $3,500 so your payments may be spread out a little more, I'm not sure. As far as proof goes, I don't think you'll have any problems. Either way, all the info is stated in the conditional job offer they email you so, just save that and there's your proof.
GoGetta07, White_Knuckle_Newbie, scythe08 and 1 other person Thank this.
